IgCrew (Impact Goose Crew) is a Chicago-based financial education brand built to make money concepts easier to understand and apply, for families across Illinois.
In many families, money is something you don't talk about. Bills get paid or they don't, and the reasons are never explained. Children grow up and repeat the same patterns, not because they lack effort, but because nobody showed them how money works.
IgCrew was created to break that cycle. Our focus is education. When a family's needs call for protection such as life insurance, disability income or long-term care planning, we explain the options clearly and let the family decide, without pressure.
In a V formation, each goose takes a turn at the front, shares the work of the journey, and helps the whole flock travel farther than any one bird could alone.
That idea shapes everything IgCrew does: progress is stronger when knowledge is shared, when people support one another, and when useful lessons are passed from one generation to the next.
Break the financial curse.
Change the conversation.
Move forward.
To break the financial curse and stigma that many communities carry from one generation to the next, by removing barriers to financial literacy through free, plain-language education.
A future where no family stays stuck because nobody taught them how money works, and every generation starts further ahead than the last.
If a lesson is hard to follow, we work to make it clearer.
Everyone starts somewhere, and every honest question is welcome.
